1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Anka's Style ApS subscription plans, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not subscribe to our services.

2. Subscription Eligibility

To subscribe to our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the subscription process.

3. Subscription Fees and Payment

  a. Subscription fees are as advertised on our website or promotional materials. By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified fees on a recurring basis.

  b. Payment will be processed automatically at the agreed-upon intervals (MONTHLY) using the payment method provided during the subscription process.

  c. You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum period as described in "Services". Cancellation requests must be submitted through our website contact page or by email to  info@ankastyle.dk

4. Services

  a. Our subscription plans entitle you to specific hair treatments and services as outlined in the plan descriptions. YOU PAY MONTHLY AND YOU CAN ENJOY 3* SALON VISITS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE. (*based on your chosen subscription plan)

  b. Booking Priority: Subscribers to Anka's Style ApS subscription plans will receive absolute priority when booking appointments. We value your commitment to our services and will ensure that you have preferential access to appointment slots.

  c. Payment and cancelation:

After joining any of our subscription plans, you can schedule a salon appointment/visit at any time you like. Please note: You can not cancel your subscription immediately after the salon visit or within 4 months after each salon visit. You'll need to pay for at least 4 months after each salon visit.

  d. Appointment scheduling is subject to availability, and we will make our best efforts to accommodate your preferred dates and times.

  e. Complete hair transformations are available every 4 months as specified in the plan.*

   f. Subscribing to our services, you will ONLY be entitled to the services described in your subscription plan and highlighted with "✅" anything additional can be purchased with a 15% discount.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  a. You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum period as described in "Services". Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for future subscription periods, and any prepaid fees for unused services will not be refunded.

  b. Refunds for unused services within a current subscription period are not available.

6. Changes to Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue subscription plans, pricing, or services at our discretion. You will be notified of any significant changes to your subscription in advance.

7. Privacy and Data Security

  a. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  b. By subscribing to our services, you consent to receive communications from us, including promotional materials and appointment reminders.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denmark.
